Returns

Oh no! You changed your mind… that’s ok! We want our customers to be happy with their purchase.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order. Any item marked as final sale cannot be refunded or exchanged. Returns that are not sent back in original packaging with the packing slip will be charged a $6 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Once our quality control team has approved the returned stock, your refund will be credited directly back to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. 

 

Free domestic returns:

You will be issued with a pre-paid returns label once your order has been submitted into our returns portal. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. 

 

International returns: 

International orders are not eligible for exchange. We do not offer free shipping and returns on international orders. If you are an international customer (outside of the US), we will provide a prepaid shipping label once your return has been approved. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
